Who this website is for
Align 360 is the coaching and strategy consultancy of Mziwonke Mqhayi. This website introduces executive coaching, team coaching, strategy consultancy, and reflection resources.
Enquiries
You can email info@360aligncoaching.co.za directly. The enquiry form currently prepares a draft in your email app, where you review it and choose whether to send it. Preparing a draft does not send a message. You can also download a copy on your own device; longer enquiries are offered as downloads for you to email.
Once direct enquiries are enabled, the form sends your name, email address, organisation (if supplied), service interest, and message to Align 360’s configured inbox so that your enquiry can be answered. The form asks for your agreement before sending. Do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people that you are not authorised to share.
Leadership compass
Your slider selections and reflection note remain in the current browser tab. They are not sent to Align 360 or saved to browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears them. Choosing “Download my reflection” creates a text file on your own device.
Cookies and website technology
This website does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers, embedded social feeds, or third-party font requests. If you visit the enquiry page, the server may use an essential session cookie for form security and limiting repeated submissions. The website’s hosting provider may process standard request information, such as your IP address, request time, browser information, and the page requested, for delivery, security, and operational logging.
Downloads
The Leadership Reset guide is available without providing an email address. Downloaded files remain under your control on your device. They do not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Retention and service providers
The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Messages you choose to email are handled by your email provider and Align 360’s email service. If direct website delivery is enabled, the configured email and hosting services also handle those submissions. For questions about how long correspondence is retained, email info@360aligncoaching.co.za. Session security data is temporary and does not include your enquiry message.
Access, correction, or deletion requests
Email info@360aligncoaching.co.za to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. The website’s compass and downloadable enquiry copy remain on your device unless you choose to share them.
